On December 6, 1952, Vladimir Nabakov finished his novel Lolita.
On December 6, 1969, the Rolling Stones were performing at the Altamont Free Concert when the Hells Angels motorcycle club members contracted as security got into a fatal confrontation with a music fan.
On December 6, 1969, the Rolling Stones used the motorcycle gang, the Hell’s Angels, as security for a concert.
On December 6, 1969, the motorcycle gang known as The Hell’s Angels were contracted to provide security at a Rolling Stones concert, a dumb decision that resulted in the Angels killing a concert goer, an incident we previously discussed in our article “December 6, 1969: 10 Dumb Decisions (Epic Blunders!).”
Just after 4 pm on December 6, 1989, an apparently mentally disturbed Marc Lepine went to the Université de Montreal and entered the École Polytechnique building armed with a Ruger Mini-14 carbine, a knife, and murder in his heart fueled by a hatred for “feminists.”

On December 6, 2019, we reflected back on our marathon movie watching experience of the previous night, namely the 209 minute long epic blockbuster film from Netflix, an historical crime film supposedly based on real events.
On December 6, 2021, we took a look at those people in November of 2021 that either distinguished themselves with courage, intelligence, or otherwise something good versus those that embarrassed the human race with their lies, evil action, or stupidity.
