A Brief History
On August 11, 2019, the world of the rich and famous are still reeling from the allegations revealed in the release of court records on August 9, 2019, in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case. Epstein, a wealthy playboy that associated with rich and famous people, including Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, had been charged with a variety of sex related crimes, including crimes concerning minors. On August 10, 2019, he was found hanging in his cell in Federal custody, the victim of an “apparent” suicide. But was it?
Digging Deeper
In an infamous 2007 case, Epstein was treated suspiciously gingerly by US Federal prosecutors in a sex crimes case, given the gasp inducing light sentence of 13 months of work release for crimes including sex with a minor, with other related charges such as sex trafficking dismissed as part of a “sweetheart” plea deal. Additionally, Federal prosecutors were found to have violated US law by making the sweet deal without advising the victims. What was going on? Former US Secretary of Labor, Rene Alexander Acosta, had been the US Attorney on that 2007-2008 case concerning Epstein, defended his handling (actually, mishandling) of that case by claiming that he was told Epstein was “intelligence” and that the circumstances concerning Epstein were “above his pay grade” and to “leave it alone.” Wow! Who told Acosta this? Congress needs to get to the bottom of this mysterious case and quick! If Acosta is telling the truth, there is a conspiracy to silence Epstein and others in his orbit. The case handled by Acosta also resulted in him pleading guilty to only state (Florida) charges instead of US Federal crimes. Others in the case were given immunity, effectively ending the investigation into other people involved.
Who were those “other people?” Rich and famous and politically powerful people, that is who. Unsealed court documents name Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom, brother of Prince Charles, the heir to the throne. Former prostitutes allege having sex with the Prince, including a girl that was a minor at the time. The girls were allegedly being held as sex slaves during the time they had sex with Andrew. Alleged victim Virginia Roberts (the minor involved), claims she was recruited by an Epstein ally while she worked at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
Obviously, if such accusations could be confirmed, the news could rock the world of the British Monarchy, especially if more information of a salacious nature came out. Silencing Jeffrey Epstein would seem a prudent course of action for the billionaires and powerful people that may have been implicated. Some of the other high and mighty men involved one way or another with Epstein include former President Bill Clinton, current President Donald Trump, an unnamed foreign Prime Minister and other foreign leaders, US Senator George Mitchell, former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, billionaire Glenn Dubin, model agency founder Jean Luc Brunel, scientist Marvin Minsky and attorney Alan Dershowitz. Could such a pantheon of rich and powerful people with so much to lose have influenced the stifling of the 2007-2008 case against Epstein? One would certainly believe in that possibility.
The other bombshell in the Epstein case concerns the trove of evidence recovered from his homes, a vast number of video recordings of sex acts, possibly with minors or with girls against their will, taken by hidden cameras. Do any of those recording show rich and powerful men in compromising positions? Did Epstein blackmail any of these potential sexual criminals? Who are the people on those recordings?
Which brings us to Epstein’s death. After a previous “suicide attempt” in July, Epstein was placed on “suicide watch” by prison officials. Yet the video camera that keeps an eye on his cell somehow “malfunctioned” during the exact hour in which the creep allegedly killed himself! Too convenient? How about, the jailers failed to make their required checks of Epstein also during that same hour? Way too convenient! If you are suspicious of the circumstances by now, you should be. Was Epstein, who was now in a position where he was unable to bribe or threaten potential witnesses going to try to keep himself out of jail for life by ratting out other rich and famous people? Or did those other people think Epstein was going to spill the beans about them as well? The motive for murder or purposely allowing Epstein the unhindered opportunity to kill himself seems to be apparent, even obvious.
While we are not normally conspiracy theorists, this case is so convoluted and so potentially damaging to such rich and powerful people that a conspiracy cannot be dismissed out of hand. Who are these unnamed foreign leaders? Would the US Government want to protect those accused leaders to maintain our foreign interests around the world? Will the public ever have access to the images and information on Epstein’s recordings, and other evidence, or are we going to be snowballed by another cover-up with “sealed” evidence? What secrets died with Epstein?
If your head is spinning by the tangled web woven by the Jeffrey Epstein, et al, case, join the bunch. Will Epstein one day be an historical figure of monumental proportions, a person pointed to as a catalyst for epic historical changes in the course of events? We will have to wait and see, or not see, as the case may be!

It is a public record that was not created by an agency which state law has allowed to claim copyright and is therefore in the public domain in the United States.
